ROAM is a B.Y.O.B. bar service. You have the freedom to choose the brands of your liking, purchase them, & take the leftovers home.

 

Insurance

ROAM is fully insured with Liquor Liability.

 
 
 

Booking

ROAM’s booking process is easy. The first step is contacting us through this website. Once we receive you inquiry, you will be sent a welcome email that outlines our services and prices.

Once you have had a chance to look the welcome email over and have an idea of what services you are interested in, let us know via email, text or phone call and we can discuss details.

We will then create an estimate/invoice for you. If the invoice fits your needs and budget, you will accept it and pay the $200 deposit to officially hold your date.

Note: estimates can be adjusted and tailored to fit your needs. We are flexible and want to create an awesome day for you!

Booking is first come first serve!

Travel

ROAM is based in Grants Pass, Oregon. We travel for free within a 45 mile radius in Southern Oregon. If your event is outside of the 45 miles, we charge a $1.50 round-trip travel fee. We generally cap our travel distance at 125 miles one way. If your event is outside of this distance feel free to reach out still, we may be up for some travel!

Refunds

If you choose to cancel your booking, for any reason, you will not be refunded the $200 deposit.

The ONLY time you will be refunded your $200 deposit is if ROAM has to cancel your booking.

 

Deposit

ROAM’s standard deposit is $200. This holds your name on our calendar; you’re booked!

You are NOT booked & marked on our calendar until we have received your $200 deposit

Pricing

ROAM’s pricing is custom to your guest count, your wants and needs, special requests, etc. Most of ROAM’s services are ‘A La Carte’ meaning you get to build your Ultimate Bar Experience.
